Are you wondering what a procedure will cost? Estimates are available for many hospital-based procedures (including those performed on an outpatient basis). What is an estimate?
An estimate is the predicted amount you will pay for a medical service based on your insurance and what patients have been charged in the past.
How accurate are estimates?
This is a good-faith estimate based on the information available at the time of the estimate. It is not a legally binding document, and your final cost(s) could be higher or lower. We try our best to give you an accurate estimate. However, many factors go into the final cost. Unless specifically listed, this estimate does not include fees for professional services, such as doctors’ fees, radiologists’ fees, anesthesiologists’ fees, or fees for other services. These fees will be billed separately. If insurance information is included within this estimate, it is based on information provided by your insurance company at the time the estimate is made. Benefits and eligibility are subject to change and are not a guarantee of payment. Please contact your insurance company to confirm how your costs will be calculated.
